Trident is transforming its approach to Strategic Revenue Growth Management by innovating our capabilities in strategic pricing, promo, assortment and commercial investment optimization. We are looking for a dynamic leader who can integrate this capability across brands, functions, and strategies, while simultaneously delivering superior results.
In this US role, you will drive the SRGM transformation across the largest US business unit, in partnership with market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accelerated sales and profitability for Trident through development and implementation of fundamentals and next generation Revenue Management
- Partner with senior leadership in establishing business targets and multi-year SRGM strategies and share joint accountability for their delivery.
- Lead change management efforts behind SRGM transformation across the enterprise.
- Build out and develop SRGM team to develop scaled tools and approaches for the US business unit
- Lead organizational training and development of SRGM across BUs and functions. Drive best practices across all SRGM levers to accelerate growth.
- Establish and evolve cross-functional SRGM processes, cadence, governance, and responsibilities.
- Maximize efficient and effective use of resources knowing how and when to leverage external consultants, internal IT, data science/technical resources, and BU expertise.
- Build capability within Sales organization to deliver successful SRGM sell-in as part of a coherent customer strategy.
- Build capability within Brand Marketing organization to deliver successful SRGM sell-in as part of a coherent business strategy.
- Develop strong external network and elevate Trident’s profile to advance future talent acquisition.
Minimum Requirements
Key Skills, Abilities and Experience Required
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 10 years’ experience with a minimum 5 years’ experience in Revenue Management transformation, Analytic Insights, Next Gen Capabilities in Pricing, proximity to data and technology
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Pricing, Promo, Assortment, Trade Investment and other Revenue Management Analytical practices
- Strong record in CPG/F&B Consulting practice with minimum 5 years CPG practice experience
- Exceptional strategic thinking and commercial acumen – able to develop insight from complex data sets and to develop concise, practical recommendations for execution
- Broad multi-channel experience
- Self-starter and able to drive progress in an ambiguous environment
- Influencing skills – demonstration of ability to influence Senior Leadership level and across functions
- Self-starter with strong results orientation, track record of hitting and exceeding target
- Change Management – leading large-scale change and digital transformation
- Excellent communication skills and can simplify complex issues
- Proven leadership and people development skills of a substantial team of diverse individuals
- Strong Advanced Analytics acumen, Agile ways of working, managing high end data science
- Takes an enterprise view that considers and anticipates implications across multiple global stakeholders
