Summary:
Trident Seafoods Corporation is looking for an experienced Source-to-Pay (S2P) leader. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and support the Source to Pay process company wide and provide direction and management for activities including but not limited to process improvement identification, program management, establishment and tracking of performance against KPI’s, and enhancement of S2P effectiveness and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Establish and Lead the key S2P governance committee and support the standard S2P processes company- wide
- Monitor and measure the S2P organizations effectiveness against established key performance metrics (KPI’s)
- Facilitate change management with colleagues and key stakeholders throughout the Trident organization.
- Enforce compliance to approved suppliers, processes and policy but instituting appropriate governance, systems, incentives, and consequences
- Identify large-scale business improvement initiatives that maximize service, scalability and long-term profitability
- Originate new concepts and innovative approaches for the organization
- Influence large strategic S2P decisions across Trident
- Plan and manage the implementation of S2P transformation projects
- Develop and manage issue resolution process as it pertains to the S2P process
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
Minimum Requirements
Experience:
- 8+ years’ sourcing, procurement and finance management experience
- Proficient with Project Management Software (Smartsheet, MS Project, etc.)
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in business related field (or other related degree programs)
Qualifications:
- In-depth knowledge and experience of source to pay processes (category management, strategic sourcing, contract management, purchasing, accounts payable, travel & expense management), organizational designs, and technology/information required.
- Familiarity with source to pay tools (i.e. Ariba, Coupa)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiating skills, is perceptive and adaptable
- Proven leadership experiences in managing complex transformations across both internal and external boundaries
- Excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate change management
- Strong people management, development and coaching experience
- Preferred skills: Food/consumer product goods industry experience & working knowledge of SAP S/4 Hana
- Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
- Understanding and demonstrated ability to apply change management & communications processes within a project and its stakeholders and impacted parties
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to handle demanding situations with diplomacy and tact
- Adaptability to self-manage in times of stress and making timely decisions in alignment with business goals
- Consensus building skills to professionally drive change and process improvement in a loosely structured environment
